Here we sit in Maine, about to cross into Canada tomorrow. So far, we've traveled 3770 miles across 14 states, and used 372 gallons of diesel. Reducing the 372 by 14 gallons that the generator burned (28 hours at 1/2 gal. per hour), we've averaged 10.5 miles per gallon. That's pretty consistant with what we've done in the past few years.
We probably won't be able to get e-mails as frequently in Canada, as Newfoundland/Labrador is pretty remote country, with few wi-fi opportunities for us, and not even cell phone coverage in much of it. Better in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and
Prince Edward Island (PEI). But we'll try to keep the blog up to date as we get the opportunity.
