Lake Texana State Park, Texas
Last report we mentioned seeing our first armadillo – a nocturnal animal.
Well in Lk Texana State park, Texas there were many armadillos.
And they weren't nocturnal – they just got up late.
Here they were very active in the afternoon.
We tried to get a picture of them but all we got was blurred armadillo butts.
The deer wandered in small herds through our campsite.
