"We are here because we aren't all there" - Pt Townsend

Only 45 miles from home but a world away.  Seldom do we travel up to Port Townsend by car.  And when we travel by boat we miss all the little side roads that we found this trip.
A favorite bumper sticker here is": "We are here because we aren't all there".  Sez a lot.  We "did" downtown and the marinas (of course) too.
Some of the art work we found displayed on the side roads:
At the bicycle repair shop, we liked the fence made of old bikes.
And the 3 wooden beings riding along.
Thought this completely wooden bicycle and rider doing a wheelie was fun too!
Then we found an alligator protecting a mailbox further down the road.
And we kept going.... and passed the three dancers dancing by the light of the moon around the pedestal with "Wish Upon A Star" emblazoned on it.

Back at the marina....we wondered about this.  Is this lady a bow sprit?  ... Or a fishing "lure"? ... or just a deck "hand"?
