What a treat! We found a huge globe at the home office of DeLorme company. DeLorme company creates maps, GPS, and mapping software. Their staff designed and constructed this 41' globe which mimics the earth's revolution and rotation. Inside the building, there are 3 observation levels. We were surprised at the number of people watching the globe and how much time we spent getting to know good old mother earth.
